Oina lipsește din lista sporturilor practicate la nivelul Bucureștiului. Lipsesc reprezentativele la toate nivelurile, gimnazial, liceal și universitar. Întrecerile școlare înregistrează un număr foarte mic de echipe înscrise. Lipsesc cluburile sportive bucureștene. Concursurile sportive ale Federației, organizate în București au loc fără particparea echipelor din capitală. În anul 2023 oina s-a bucurat de noi prevederi legislative, dar lipsesc măsurile cu privire la punerea în aplicare a acestora. Sunt dificultăți în a dispune de resursa umană suficientă pentru a reuși integrarea activităților specifice oinei în programul anual. La nivelul capitalei jocul de oina prezintă un element de noutate.

Am înscris acest proiect deoarece dorim să promovăm sportul tradițional românesc, oina și să îl integram în programele existente. Considerăm că este important să revitalizăm acest sport în comunitatea noastră și să îl promovăm ca pe o activitate recreativă și culturală deosebită.

Project Summary

Background: Why did you apply for this project?

Oina (romanian traditional game) is missing from the list of grassroots sports practiced at the level of Bucharest. Representative teams are absent at all levels: primary, secondary, and university. School competitions register a very small number of registered teams. Bucharest
sports clubs are missing. The sports competitions organized by the Federation, held in Bucharest, take place without the participation of teams from the capital. In 2023, oina benefited from new legislative provisions, but measures regarding their implementation are missing. There are difficulties in having a sufficient human resource to successfully integrate specific oina activities into the annual program. At the capital level, the game of oina presents a novelty element.
We applied for this project because we want to promote the traditional Romanian sport, oina, and integrate it into our existing programs. We believe it is important to revitalize this sport in our community and promote it as a unique recreational
and cultural activity.

Acquisition of 3 new competencies necessary for conducting activities characteristic of a team sport practiced outdoors, for a total of 3 CSAMO instructors, with the aim of integrating them into the annual program conducted through the Liviu Rebreanu Center, located in one of the sectors of the capital, within the first 8 months.

Implementation.

To fulfill the Ojective 1 set in the project, we will implement one job shadowing mobility, lasting for 3 days, involving a total of 3 individuals from CSAMO staff, including employees, instructors, club members, and volunteers.

In the first mobility, we will focus on team sports management for children and youth, emphasizing communication and networking skills.
